Greg is a trauma-informed coach who supports people in moving out of survival patterns shaped by unsafe relationships, systems, or chronic stress and into self-trust and self-leadership.

Through his own healing journey, Greg learned that insight alone isn’t enough. His work focuses on nervous system regulation and self-relationship, helping people move forward without forcing or self-override.
